Budapest, 12 October 2020 – DIGI offers its mobile telecommunications services in 24 new settlements including areas on Great Plain as well as lakeside of Balaton. Therefore, from October onwards 70% of the population can now enjoy the benefits of DIGIMobil services countrywide.
DIGI’s aim has always been to provide cutting edge technology at a great value for price for as many customers as possible. Nothing proves this notion better than the 2019 launch of DIGIMobil and its customer friendly tariffs available from 2021 January.
For the benefit of the customers DIGI continued the expansion of the existing mobile network this summer. The company is heavily involved in further network development, expanding its coverage and using state-of-the-art technological solutions to improve the quality and density of the existing network. Digi Mobil service became accessible in over 650 settlements and reached a coverage of 70% of the population, within a year and a half following May 2019 launch of the service.
As for those customers who have already been using DIGIMobil within the test period ending by 31st of December and for for new DIGI and Invitel customers joining DIGIMobil covered network, from 1st of January 2021 two residential monthly packages will be introduced: DIGIMobil PLUSZ and DIGIMobil MAX, without loyalty period.
