THREE YEARS OF DEVELOPMENT WORKS COMPLETED

Budapest, 6 December 2021 – In December 2021 DIGI completed a three-year long development work on its fixed line. As a result, the company's backbone network covering 16 major cities among many others on the countryside is now connected to the Budapest center via own optical network.

Digi Commmunications N.V, (“DIGI”) announces today, November 30, 2021, the concluding of the sale and purchase agreement regarding the acquisition of its Hungarian operations by 4iG Plc. RCS & RDS (The Company’s Romanian subsidiary) and 4iG agreed on 29 March, 2021 on the terms of a preliminary agreement for a possible transaction concerning the purchase of DIGI Távközlési Szolgáltató Ltd. (Digi Hungary) and of its subsidiaries, Invitel, Digi Infrastruktúra and I TV.

DIGI COMMUNICATIONS N.V. Group announces financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2021

DIGI Communications N.V. announces on Friday, 12th of November 2021, its financial results for the nine months period ended at 30th September 2021. The Group recorded revenues of €1.1 billion, up 12% compared to the same period last year, and the revenue generating unit (RGU) base increased by 12%, indicating a substantial expansion of services provided (RGUs), amounting to 19.9 million, compared to 17.7 million (as at 30 September 2020).

DIGI’S MOBILE SERVICE AVAILABLE IN MORE THAN 900 SETTLEMENTS
